I was reading an article on selfgrowth.com about Bipolar Disorder and anger management. I know so many people dealing with bipolar and anger issues or who are trying to help someone else who has them, that I thought I'd learn a little more by finding out what the experts have to say. Its a good article that you might find interesting.
After reading it, though,
I felt compelled to share the following comment:

When emotionally charged issues from the past have been addressed both mentally and energetically, and the individual has made lifestyle changes involving better eating habits, regular exercise and rest, as well as adding some form of spiritual practice such as meditation, anger and other automatic responses, or reactions to circumstance, are significantly lessened in frequency and severity."
