How to Feel Better When You are In a Bad Mood, Feeling Bad, Upset, or Depressed,

Sadly, many people feel bad, upset, or depressed so often, they don't even realize its not "normal."

I find the best way to shake off a "bad" feeling is to do something that causes a completely different perspective:
  • Read a book about, or study, something you love. 
  • Go somewhere or do something new alone or with friends. 
  • Take a walk in nature - always a great choice. 
  • Start a gratitude journal and write down as many things as you can think of that you are grateful for. 
  • Call a dear friend whose voice uplifts you no matter what. 
  • Do something nice for someone else. 
  • Plan an event - get lost in the details and you will forget about yourself for awhile. 
  • Get some help to heal whatever emotional wound is still there. 
  • Hire an energy healer to clear your field and get rid of any disharmonious, noxious, or disempowering energy you might have picked up. 
  • Dowse to see if what you are feeling is yours or something you picked up from others.
