I find the best way to shake off a "bad" feeling is to do something that causes a completely different perspective:
- Read a book about, or study, something you love.
- Go somewhere or do something new alone or with friends.
- Take a walk in nature - always a great choice.
- Start a gratitude journal and write down as many things as you can think of that you are grateful for.
- Call a dear friend whose voice uplifts you no matter what.
- Do something nice for someone else.
- Plan an event - get lost in the details and you will forget about yourself for awhile.
- Get some help to heal whatever emotional wound is still there.
- Hire an energy healer to clear your field and get rid of any disharmonious, noxious, or disempowering energy you might have picked up.
- Dowse to see if what you are feeling is yours or something you picked up from others.
